In order to assure consistent quality, each "new" part will receive a complete "first article" inspection, of which the customer will receive a copy. During recurring production, all parts receive a "first article" inspection during each production run, along with in-process inspection as deemed necessary. To facilitate this, we use Starrett CMMs, Renishaw probes, and conversational programming. |
